Your legal right
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, then have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Our window
We extend that to 30 days from delivery.
How to return
Email support@ruffdale.com with your order number. We reply within one working day with a returns reference and the address. Please do not post anything back before you have that reference.

Who pays postage
- Faulty, damaged or wrong item: we pay, and send a prepaid label.
- Changed your mind: you pay. Use a tracked service.
Refunds
Inspected and refunded within 3 working days of arrival, to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further 3 to 5 working days.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
