Terms of service

These terms apply to every order placed on ruffdale.com. Ruffdale is a trading name of FIXOLOGY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 13841533, VAT number GB411334937, at 47 Bradley Road, Luton, Bedfordshire, LU4 8SL, United Kingdom.

Placing an order

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation email, not when you receive the order confirmation. If we cannot fulfil an item we will tell you and refund it in full.

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling and include UK VAT at 20%. Delivery is free on every order, whatever you spend, so the price you see is the price you pay. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order.

Delivery

We ship to the United Kingdom only. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our delivery page for current times and costs.

Cancellation and returns

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order for any reason and have a further 14 days to return the goods. We extend the window to 30 days from delivery. See our refund policy.

Faulty goods

Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by anything in these terms. If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to place fraudulent orders, scrape content, or interfere with its operation.

Liability

Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
