Dog gear for the walk you actually go on.
Boot liners, drying coats and car covers for wet fields, dark afternoons and a dog who has found the only puddle in Bedfordshire.
Sound familiar?
- Your dog comes back from every walk soaked to the skin.
- The car smells of wet dog and the boot is beyond saving.
- You are drying paws in the hallway with a towel that never dries.
- It is dark by four and you cannot see your dog at the far end of the field.
- Your older dog has started hesitating at the boot of the car.
- You have bought cheap gear before and it fell apart by January.
That is the walk this shop is stocked for.

Why buy here
A real UK company you can ring
Fixology Ltd, company 13841533, VAT registered. Call 020 7096 2842 Monday to Friday and speak to someone who knows the products.
Sizes and colours that fit
Coats, boots and harnesses come in real sizes and several colours, and each product page says plainly which dogs it suits.
Dogs only
No cat aisle, no filler, no thousand-line catalogue. Forty-five products chosen for wet fields, dark afternoons and muddy boots.
30 days to change your mind
Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered and we pay the postage both ways. Your statutory rights sit on top of that.
Dog gear chosen for British weather
Ruffdale sells one thing: kit for dogs that go outside in this country. Wet fields, salted pavements, dark afternoons and a car boot that never quite dries out. Every page says plainly which dogs the product suits, and everything ships free.
Car and travel
A wet dog in the back of an estate car does more damage than most owners expect. A waterproof dog car seat cover keeps the bench clean, a dog booster seat gives a small dog a view and an internal tether, and a soft sided dog carrier makes the trip to the vet less of a fight.
Coats and raincoats
A waterproof dog coat for the daily walk, a hooded dog raincoat when it is coming down sideways, and a quilted dog winter coat with a fleece collar for older dogs that feel the cold. Most carry reflective piping, because half the winter walks happen in the dark.
Muddy paws
The bit everyone forgets until it is on the hall carpet. A microfibre dog drying towel takes the water out of a soaked coat, a motorised dog paw cleaner deals with the feet at the door, and waterproof dog boots keep salt and stubble off the pads.
Beds and comfort
A washable dog bed with a cover that comes off and goes in the machine, an enclosed dog bed for dogs that like to burrow into a corner, and a quilted dog sofa protector if the settee was never really yours.
Mobility
Older dogs stop jumping long before anyone admits it. Non slip foam dog stairs come in two, three and four step versions for beds, sofas and car boots. There is a padded dog support sling for weak back legs and a dog leg sleeve for protecting a healing paw.
Walk gear
An escape proof dog harness with front and back D rings for dogs that back out of a collar, an LED dog harness that makes them obvious at four in the afternoon, and a padded dog collar and lead set with a shock absorbing bungee.
