Where we ship
Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands. We do not ship outside the United Kingdom.
Where it ships from
We work with a manufacturing partner and hold selected lines in a UK warehouse. Items shipped directly from our partner take 4 to 9 working days in transit. The estimate on each product page tells you which applies before you buy.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email at dispatch. It can take 24 to 48 hours to show first movement. If it has not arrived within 3 working days of the estimate, email us and we will chase it.
VAT
All prices include UK VAT at 20%. Nothing further to pay on delivery.
