Why we exist
Most dog gear is sold on a photograph of a golden retriever on a beach in July. That is not the walk. The walk is a wet field in November, a car that smells of dog, and a coat that takes two days to dry. We stock for that.
How we source and ship
We work with a manufacturing partner and hold selected lines in a UK warehouse. Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 working days and typically arrive in 5 to 11 working days, tracked. Every product page tells you which applies before you buy, because we would rather set the expectation than apologise for it.
Fit is the whole job
Most returns in this category happen because something did not fit: the dog, or the car. We publish real measurements and we answer fit questions properly. Email us the breed and weight, or the make, model and year of your car, and we will tell you straight, including when the answer is that we do not have the right thing for you.
