5 to 11 working days in total. Dispatch is 1 to 2 working days, transit 4 to 9.
Do you ship outside the UK?
No. UK only at present.
How do I know what size to order?
Every sized product has a size guide with chest girth, neck and back length, plus example breeds. Between sizes, go up. Barrel-chested breeds size up on chest. If you are unsure, email us the breed and weight and we will tell you which to order.
Can I return something that does not fit?
Yes, within 30 days, unused and in original packaging. See our returns page.
Is VAT included?
Yes, 20% UK VAT is included in every price shown. Nothing further to pay on delivery.

No. They are banned in Wales and we would not stock them anywhere.
